The National Security Supplemental - Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP-NSS) has an additional funding opportunity for physical security enhancements to Oregon’s nonprofits. Up to $200,000 is allowed per site, and $600,000 per nonprofit across multiple sites.

Only nonprofit organizations who do not currently have an open NSGP grant from OEM may apply. If you’ve had an NSGP grant in the past, you may apply, but only if it has been closed or completed.

Due to federal deadlines, the timeline to apply for this special funding is very condensed. See the key dates below:

• Application Deadline:  10pm Tuesday December 31, 2024
  • All application documents, and instructions on submission to OEM, will be provided to those who register and are eligible to apply.
  • OEM will provide training sessions to help with the application process. Dates are to be determined but will be announced towards the end of November.
