Our OSU Epidemiology Intern, Katy Berns, has been working with the Data and Evaluation Work Group to create a series of PowToons to explain some of the data presented in the 2019 Data Book that the Early Learning Hub published last fall. These PowToons take a deeper look at Mothers in our region and also Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES), what causes them and what can be done to help prevent them.
The three new PowToons have been uploaded to the Early Learning Hub YouTube Channel and can be found in a section called "Informational PowToons".
During the first official meeting of the Early Learning Hub Governing Board a Charter was adopted. The Charter was revised to incorporate the brand of the Early Learning Hub. The Governing Board approved the revised document on 9/24/15. This document contains the Early Learning Hub Mission and Vision Statements, information about the Lead Agency, and the common agenda, purpose, and guiding principles of the Hub. Revised on 03/07/2019.
The Annual Work Plan is a list of all of the Strategic Plan Goals, by objective, with the key activities listed as to what needs to happen to accomplish this goal. Includes date of projected completion, person(s) responsible, critical partners needed, and resources needed.
The 18-Month Hub Budget runs from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019 and is an itemized spreadsheet showing all of the resources and expenditures that the Hub is expecting to receive during that time period.
The Early Learning Hub uses "Basecamp" project management software in order to keep our partners aware of what's happening, and to gather their feedback. Each Work Group has it's own project, and in order to access Basecamp, you must be invited to join the group. Please let us know if you are interested in participating in a particular project.
