An explanation of Early Learning Hub funding for 2025-2027.

Our Strategic Plan is a cross-sector, four-year plan that details the regional goals and strategies of the Early Learning Hub of Linn, Benton & Lincoln Counties, in alignment with Raise Up Oregon and based on the Early Learning Council’s three statewide system goals and vision for young children and their families.

The Regional Data Book aims to monitor the well-being of children and provide insights into their status across four key areas: early child care and education, K-12 education, family and economic well-being, and maternal and child health.

The Community Asset Mapping Project highlights a region rich in social capital, cultural strength, and community connection, yet constrained by structural barriers in service access, infrastructure, and local economies. These findings underscore the need for coordinated, place-based investments that strengthen early learning systems, expand child care and health access, improve transportation solutions, and support local service capacity—while building upon the strong relationships and community pride already present across Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties.

The Early Learning Hub uses "Basecamp" project management software in order to keep our partners aware of what's happening, and to gather their feedback. Each Work Group has it's own project, and in order to access Basecamp, you must be invited to join the group. Please let us know if you are interested in participating in a particular project.
