We bring partners together to increase family stability, improve kindergarten readiness, and ensure service coordination that is equitable and culturally and linguistically competent.
The Oregon Office of Rural Health (ORH) has launched an incredible new tool designed with rural communities and partners in mind. It is called the Oregon Rural Health Resource Hub (the Hub).
The Early Learning Hub of Linn, Benton & Lincoln Counties brings partners together to increase family stability, improve kindergarten readiness, and ensure service coordination that is equitable and culturally and linguistically competent. Our communities provide an easily accessible and collaborative system of support and care for families that help children to grow up safe, nurtured, healthy, and ready for school and life.
Our Strategic Plan is a cross-sector, four-year plan that details the regional goals and strategies of the Early Learning Hub of Linn, Benton & Lincoln Counties, in alignment with Raise Up Oregon and based on the Early Learning Council’s three statewide system goals and vision for young children and their families.
The Early Learning Hub Budget contains all our anticipated revenue sources along with the expenses for the Hub and our partners. Our partners are funded through such grants as Kindergarten Partnership and Innovation and Title VI-B2.
The 2022-23 Annual Work Plan contains detailed information about the proposed method and timeframe that each of the Hub’s metrics will be accomplished, including which Hub Staff member is responsible for the changes, which Hub partners will be needed to accomplish the metric, and what resources are required.
The purpose of the Hub Procurement Policy is to document the Hub's policies and procedures related to its purchasing of and/or contracting for goods and services. These policies are in alignment with Linn-Benton Community College purchasing policies.
The Early Learning Hub uses "Basecamp" project management software in order to keep our partners aware of what's happening, and to gather their feedback. Each Work Group has it's own project, and in order to access Basecamp, you must be invited to join the group. Please let us know if you are interested in participating in a particular project.
