Our Children Oregon released the 29th annual Oregon KIDS COUNT Data Cards featuring state and county-level data, complementing the simultaneous release of the 2022 KIDS COUNT Data Book, a 50-state report on how children and families are faring. Both these resources shed light on the health, economic, education, community, and environmental challenges impacting children in Oregon.
During the first official meeting of the Early Learning Hub Governing Board a Charter was adopted. The Charter was revised to incorporate the brand of the Early Learning Hub. The Governing Board approved the revised document on 9/24/15. This document contains the Early Learning Hub Mission and Vision Statements, information about the Lead Agency, and the common agenda, purpose, and guiding principles of the Hub. Revised on 03/07/2019.
The purpose of the Hub Procurement Policy is to document the Hub's policies and procedures related to its purchasing of and/or contracting for goods and services. These policies are in alignment with Linn-Benton Community College purchasing policies.
The Early Learning Hub Budget is updated each fiscal year. It contains all our anticipated revenue sources along with the expenses for the Hub and our partners. Our partners are funded through such grants as Kindergarten Partnership and Innovation and Title VI-B2.
The 2022-23 Annual Work Plan contains detailed information about the proposed method and timeframe that each of the Hub’s metrics will be accomplished, including which Hub Staff member is responsible for the changes, which Hub partners will be needed to accomplish the metric, and what resources are required.
The Early Learning Hub uses "Basecamp" project management software in order to keep our partners aware of what's happening, and to gather their feedback. Each Work Group has it's own project, and in order to access Basecamp, you must be invited to join the group. Please let us know if you are interested in participating in a particular project.
