The Early Learning Hub of Linn, Benton and Lincoln Counties brings together over 200 partners to increase family stability, improve kindergarten readiness, and ensure service coordination that is equitable, and culturally and linguistically competent.

The Early Learning Hub’s Business Outreach Initiative (BOI) allies with Linn, Benton & Lincoln Counties employer leadership representing business, higher education, public sector, non-profit organizations, or other entities, to educate them about the child care crisis and to seek out beneficial means of helping their organizations and employees.

Several workgroups have been established by the Governance Council to accomplish the strategic goals and outcomes of the Early Learning Hub. In addition, several Standing Committees have been established to support the Governance Council and administer various grants. 

The Early Learning Hub serves Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties, and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians. This Hub has been designed to translate research about the importance of early learning and development into action in their communities.
