Final Community Asset Mapping Report is now Available
The Early Learning Hub of Linn, Benton & Lincoln Counties, in partnership with Pollywog, has released the Final Community Asset Mapping Report. This report reflects the voices and experiences of families and community members across 15 communities in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties, providing a detailed picture of local strengths, resources, and service gaps affecting children and families. All findings are based on deidentified information, and no names or identifying details of participants were collected or shared.
Through hands-on mapping sessions, surveys, and facilitated conversations, participants shared their perspectives on child care, health and dental care, mental and behavioral health, food access, transportation, recreation, and places of belonging. Findings highlight strong community connections, cultural identity, and a deep sense of belonging as key regional strengths, while also identifying ongoing challenges related to access to child care, health services, transportation, housing, and local economic opportunities.
The report is intended to serve as a resource for community partners, service providers, and decision-makers throughout the region. Community members, partners, and stakeholders are encouraged to read both the Final Community Asset Mapping Report and the individual reports for their communities to better understand local priorities and opportunities for collaboration. The Pollywog Asset Mapping Project was funded by OHA’s Public Health Equity Grant and State Health Improvement Plan funding.
