Calling all Oregon Families! The Oregon Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC) wants to hear from families about your ideas for the first agency strategic plan. They are holding two virtual family engagement sessions on January 24th and 25th at 6:00pm.

In these Zoom sessions and through conversation, DELC seeks input on the following four questions:

1. What do you see as some of DELC’s strengths or greatest contributions?
2. What are some of the most urgent needs for children and families that DELC can address?
3. What are some things DELC can do to support early learning and care providers?
4. Thinking about DELC’s mission, vision, and values, what would you like to see DELC do in the next 2-3 years?

Honorariums of $50 will be provided for up to 40 participating caregivers. Additional information (i.e., email, mailing address) may be required to receive compensation. We are interested in hearing from caregivers across the state of Oregon. To ensure we gather voices from all regions, registrations will be approved with this as a guiding principle.
