Early Learning Hub releases 2023 Regional Data Book
The Early Learning Hub of Linn, Benton & Lincoln Counties, in the Family Resources and Education Center at Linn-Benton Community College, has released the 2023 edition of our Regional Data Book. It provides the most current and comprehensive picture of the status and well-being of children in our region.
First published in 2019, this is the third edition of the Regional Data Book from the Early Learning Hub. The newest edition is 50% larger, adding new data categories in demographics, education, economic well-being, maternal and child health, and more. This consolidated repository of early childhood data will guide and support strategic decision-making by the Early Learning Hub’s Governing board as they work to increase family stability, improve kindergarten readiness, and ensure equitable and culturally and linguistically appropriate service coordination for our region.
The data book is also intended to be a resource for community partners throughout the region. Many partners have used past editions to support their grant writing efforts to bring additional funding into our region that enhances their abilities to serve children and families who are furthest from opportunity.
The Regional Data Book is available for no charge on the Early Learning Hub website. For more information, contact Kristi Collins, Early Learning Hub director, at collink@linnbenton.edu.
