Who We Are
The Early Learning Hub is a regional partnership that brings together organizations and community members across Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties to build a coordinated, family-centered early childhood system. The Hub works across sectors—including early learning and development, health and mental health, family support, housing, education, and social services—to align programs, resources, and policies that support young children and their families.
Established through state legislation, the Hub focuses on ensuring that children from birth through age six have access to the supports and early learning experiences they need to enter kindergarten safe, healthy, and ready to succeed in school. By coordinating efforts among partners and communities, the Hub works to strengthen services, maximize resources, and promote equitable and culturally and linguistically responsive supports for families.
The Hub is guided by a Governance Council, established in 2014 through a regional selection process. The Council includes twenty-eight members: twenty-one sector representatives—seven from each county representing K–12, health, human and social services, parents, business, housing, and early childhood—six standing members from key partner organizations (Linn-Benton Community College, InterCommunity Health Network CCO, Oregon Department of Human Services, Linn Benton Lincoln Education Service District, Child Care Resource & Referral, and the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians), and the Hub Director.
