The Child Care Infrastructure Fund (CCIF) is a competitive statewide grant program in Oregon, established through HB 3005 with a $50 million allocation to Business Oregon. The fund aims to support the establishment, expansion, and improvement of child care facilities across the state, with up to 25% of the grant allocated to language and culturally specific child care businesses. The first round of funding, totaling $10 million, was announced in November 2024.

In Spring 2025, an additional $15 million will be awarded to selected applicants. If you weren’t selected in Round 1, there’s still an opportunity to apply in the next funding round!
