Every quarter, the Regional Stewardship Committee (RSC) will be embedded into the Early Childhood Coordinating Council meeting schedule. The RSC guides regional Early Childhood System planning by reviewing data, elevating community perspectives, and supporting the development of the Early Childhood Education system plan.
