Every quarter, the Regional Stewardship Committee (RSC) will be embedded into the Early Childhood Coordinating Council meeting schedule.  The RSC aligns Preschool Promise selection criteria and methods with the statewide selection priorities and our Early Learning Hub's Care and Education sector plan to best meet the needs of our communities.
