Assessing the Needs and Assets of Linn, Benton, and Lincoln County Families
The EL Hub will be conducting a community asset mapping project in the coming year with the goal of better understanding the needs, assets, resources, barriers, and gaps in services that families with young children in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties face.
We will hold community sessions throughout our region that will include interactive activities for parents, community residents, and local service providers that focus on a broad range of topics, from early education and medical resources to places of recreation and belonging.
We will use this information to align existing efforts and resources to develop effective plans to remove barriers and meet the needs of children and families.
If you are interested in joining the Health Care Integration workgroup to participate in this Asset Mapping project, please email us at elhub@linnbenton.edu
