The Health Care Integration Work Group meeting was held on Thursday, October 14, 2021.

This meeting will be the first meeting that is taking place since the new metrics from the Oregon Health Authority have been announced, and we are "re-establishing" the purpose and scope of this committee to meet the needs of our community, based on the new metrics.  Our special presentation for this meeting will be presented by Joell Archibald, the OHA Innovator Agent for our region.  Joell will be explaining what the current status of the metrics are, with guidance and technical specifications not yet released. There has been a lot of discussion around the state about how the new measures will affect health care partners, and we are excited to hear what Joell has learned.

At this meeting we will also be getting updates on the Family Connects program, the Pollywog program, and the Preschool Promise Program. In addition, We will also be selecting a new HCI Committee Chair and Co-Chair and making decisions about when this meeting should be held, going forward.
