Work Environment Conditions that Impact Early Educator Practice and Program Quality

In partnership with the University of California-Berkeley’s Center for the Study of Child Care Employment, the Early Learning Division commissioned a study looking at the work environments of center-based and home-based early educators. The study is part of the Supportive Environmental Quality Underlying Adult Learning (SEQUAL) series and is the first of its kind to be conducted since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
