ABC House offers a Darkness to Light: Stewards of Children, child sexual abuse prevention training in Linn and Benton Counties. It is a nationally recognized and award winning training that teaches adults how to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. Some professionals such as child care providers and licensed social workers can earn CEU’s for attending the training. This training is great supplemental education to professionals and community members alike!
In addition to trainings scheduled monthly at ABC House, we are offering two trainings in Corvallis in early 2018 that are open to any adults in the community. The trainings will take place at Santiam Christian School on January 17th and March 6th from 5:30-8:00pm.
