Adult Mental Health First Aid is an eight hour course to educate and train participants on the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adults. Co-workers, classmates, peers, family, friends, and community members learn the importance of early intervention and how to help an adult in crisis or experiencing a mental health challenge.

- 5 Step Action Plan to help individuals in both crisis and non-crisis situations
- Insight and basic knowledge into common mental health and addiction challenges
