At the end of the training you will be able to:

• Facilitate Project EX classes, an interactive and evidence-based cessation program for teens
• Motivate youth in your community who want to quit tobacco or support a loved one who wants to quit tobacco
• Support teens as they build healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with nicotine withdrawal as well as stress and mood management Lead teens in practicing mindfulness and relaxation exercise
