Andrew Russo, Co-Founder & Director of the National Network of Family Support and Strengthening Networks, will be visiting Oregon on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. Andrew was the Co-Chair, of the California Network of Family Strengthening Networks and was central to the development of the National Network.
One of the challenges in the field of family support, whether you are working in a peer-led organization, early childhood setting or family resource center, is demonstrating and defining the elements of quality practice. The Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening and Support provide a common language that can be widely adopted across organizations, networks, and systems. They also provide a framework for quality improvement, thereby helping organizations quantify and measure organization elements that result in effective practice.
