Our Early Learning Hub serves families and children in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties as well as the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians. Our work supports underserved communities in our region to learn and thrive by making resources and supports more available, more accessible, and more effective.

Within our diverse region, we strive to create community-specific strategies since needs and programs differ across counties and communities.

To ensure these efforts support equitable outcomes for our region as a whole, we collect and publish quantitative and qualitative data about our neighbors and the communities in which they live, work, and grow. Our two main data projects are the Regional Data Book and the Asset Mapping Project.
