Melissa Isavoran
Coordinated Care

Melissa has over 20 years of experience in health care administration and public policy implementation. Her career includes various roles with Arizona’s Medicaid program in government affairs and strategic planning, working with a former Arizona Governor on creating efficiencies in government operations, implementing health care policy in Oregon across public and private health care markets, and evaluating Oregon coordinated care organization operational compliance. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in global business and a Master’s in Legal Studies, both through Arizona State University.
Melissa currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Medicaid Operations with InterCommunity Health Network Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). In her role with IHN CCO, Melissa oversees Medicaid operations and strategy. She is committed to ensuring engagement with community partners to improve the overall health of Medicaid members and the Lincoln, Benton, and Linn county population as a whole. Melissa manages her small family farm, travels, and enjoys the arts in her free time.
