Kelly Locey


Kelly is the Adolescent Health Promotion Program Coordinator at Benton County Health Department. She currently serves on the Benton County Positive Youth Development Coalition, The Strengthening Rural Families Advisory Team, The Youth Mental Health Coalition, The Oregon State University Prevention and Advocacy Coalition, The Regional Healthy Communities Steering Committee, and The Regional Suicide Prevention Task Force. She is passionate about addressing social determinants of health through policy and systems integration strategies that increase protective factors, and create living conditions and environments that support mental health and allow people to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles.

She has a BS in Health Promotion from Western Oregon University, a Master’s in Public Health from Oregon State University, and a Certified Prevention Specialist certification from the Addiction Counselor Certification Board of Oregon. Kelly lives in Corvallis with her husband, son, and daughter.
