The Early Learning Hub of Linn, Benton & Lincoln Counties brings partners together to increase family stability, improve kindergarten readiness, and ensure service coordination that is equitable and culturally and linguistically competent. Our communities provide an easily accessible and collaborative system of support and care for families that help children to grow up safe, nurtured, healthy, and ready for school and life.

Contains budget information for the fiscal year 2019-2020 budget, the fiscal year 2020-2021 budget, and an overall 2-Year budget. The budget includes Early Learning Hub revenues, expenditures, and service delivery contracts.
The 18-Month Hub Budget runs from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019 and is an itemized spreadsheet showing all of the resources and expenditures that the Hub is expecting to receive during that time period.
During the first official meeting of the Early Learning Hub Governing Board a Charter was adopted. The Charter was revised to incorporate the brand of the Early Learning Hub. This document contains the Early Learning Hub Mission and Vision Statements, information about the Lead Agency, and the common agenda, purpose, and guiding principles of the Hub.
The State of Oregon has tasked the Early Learning Hub with three Goals. The annual hub-level action plan is a one year plan that describes in detail the goal to be achieved, the actions required to achieve the goal, the resources required to achieve the goal (people, money, space, etc.) and the due dates for accomplishing the work.
