The presentation of "The Raising of America" videos at The Pix theater on August 2 was a great success, and we are pleased to report that more than 80 people attended from Linn and Benton Counties. Senator Sara Gelser was also in attendance and introduced the videos, and then facilitated the question and answer session that followed the viewing.

Jumpstart Read for the Record

On Thursday, October 27, 2016, we will once again be joining the Jumpstart Read for the Record national campaign and gather with children and adults from all across the country to read this year's campaign book, The Bear Ate Your Sandwich by Julia Sarcone-Roach, as part of the world's largest shared reading experience.
