Early Learning Hub

RFA Selection Committee

When the Early Learning Hub receives unallocated funds from the State of Oregon, the Governing Board will authorize a "Request for Application" (RFA) process so that local agencies can present us with Letters of Intent for projects that they wish to pursue. This Committee will review all of the Letters of Intent that are received and score them according to the RFA requirements: the ability to move Hub metrics, appropriate for children in the three counties in the 0-5 age bracket, etc.
