The 41st Annual LBCC Family Fun Day will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018, 10:00am-2:00pm in the LBCC Activity Center, Gymnasium. Join us for a day of fun-filled family activities for your 0-6 year old children! This annual fundraising event helps to build the Parent Education Grant Fund, which provides partial tuition for parenting education classes. Last year we raised almost $8,775, which will help many deserving parents to attend LBCC Parenting classes over the coming year!

The event attracts hundreds of young children from across Linn and Benton counties for a day of fun activities, good food, and lots of prizes! Putt Putt Golf, Bouncy Castles, an obstacle course, a Bean Bag Toss, Fishing, a Dig and Dirt area, and Basketball Bowling gave kids lots of physical activity and excitement, while the Face Painting, Play Dough, Silly Putty, Crown Making, Junk Art, and a Photo Booth allow them to enjoy the fun of arts and crafts. Safe Haven will be bringing their "doggie Ambassadors" for the children to pet and love, the Mid-Valley Doula network will provide a family rest area, Kidco Head Start will be providing a reading area, and we will have a special visit from Rocky the Roadrunner! In addition, there will also be a wide selection of books and toys for sale, and a concessions stand to provide lots of delicious snacks and beverages.

At the end of the day, drawings will be held for prizes that are donated by local companies and individuals, so be sure and purchase your tickets when you arrive.

We are so grateful for the support of the local community and businesses, the LBCC administration, our LBCC instructors and class parents, and our staff and their families. It takes so many people to make this event a success each year, and we are looking forward to this year's 41st Anniversary celebration! Please plan on attending!
