Adult Mental Health First Aid is an eight hour course to educate and train participants on the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adults. Co-workers, classmates, peers, family, friends, and community members learn the importance of early intervention and how to help an adult in crisis or experiencing a mental health challenge.

• AMHFA 3 year Certification

• 5 Step Action Plan to help individuals in both crisis and non-crisis situations

• Insight and basic knowledge into common mental health and addiction challenges

• Connections to appropriate mental health and addiction services and support

• Strengthening of skills and abilities on how to identify and reach out to individuals in distress or crisis
